California here we come!

You want to take a great trip? And you are to busy to plan it yourself?

Bingo. That´s why I want to tell you about the greatest trip I took this year with my boyfriend to California. Last year we went to Thailand. I was so busy that at one pm I finished my master thesis, send it to my professor, started packing and took a plane the next plane five hours later. Life is busy. And when we wanted to go to the US this year it was the same. To save some time I tried to find a good travel guide. I choose a big one from  Baedeker which was just a waste of time, full of mistake and actually should have come with a time machine, because some travelling tips were …hmmm… old school. In my favorite part of that book they explain how difficult it is to send a telegram nowadays, but not totally. Yeah why send an email when you can send a telegram through time and space?

Furthermore I loved that the book had not any chapter about Las Vegas, because of course it is only a travel guide through California and who wants to go to Vegas if they are in California (http://www.buecher.de/shop/baedeker-allianz-reisefuehrer/baedeker-reisefuehrer-kalifornien-ebook-pdf/pinck-axel/products_products/detail/prod_id/37484838/)?

Then I tried to find some good blog entries, well I don´t know if I just didn´t look good or long enough, but I couldn´t.

So if you don´t have much time, but want to take a great trip through California then just follow us;)

Our trip started in San Francisco, and then we went to Monterey, Santa Barbara, L.A., Las Vega s Baby (Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon), Death Valley, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento and then back to San Francisco.

For each of these places I will create a unique blog entry. Just search in „categories“ to find the place you are looking for.
